Volunteer Your Time
There are many ways to help our efforts through volunteering your time:
- Help us plan or promote special events and fundraisers.
- Volunteer at a local Rise School – they may need volunteers to help with a variety activities ranging from creative projects to day-to-day educational interaction.
- Spread the word about The Mya Gonzales Foundation – you can do this by telling your friends, family and coworkers about us and our efforts. (A great way to do that is to send out the address of this Web site.)
Make an In-Kind Donation to our "Contribution Corner"
You can help us a great deal by providing one or more of the following items on our wish list:
- School supplies and equipment: paper, pencils, erasers, crayons, chalk, a television and DVD player.
- Items that can be auctioned off in charity fundraisers (i.e. old cars, jewelry, gift certificates for products or services).
- Printing services or materials for brochures and promotional flyers.
